Join us at the Storybook Runway!

What do Snow White, a clown making balloon animals, Miss University of Arkansas, and Fayetteville Mayor Lioneld Jordan all have in common?

They'll all be at United Way of Northwest Arkansas' Storybook Runway this Saturday!

Presented by Masons on Joyce & Liberty Bank, this fun fashion show will help United Way start a local chapter of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. This early childhood literacy initiative provides enrolled children ages 0-5 with an age appropriate book each month, for only $25 a year, or $125 for the entire five year enrollment.

The fashion show at 11 will feature local celebrities and their children in a combination of LIVE UNITED tees and storybook character costumes. Angela Taylor of 4029 news will emcee.

Children are invited to attend (and those under 12 get in FREE) in their favorite storybook character costumes - for a chance to win a prize! There will also be a drawing for kids to walk the finale pass on the runway with Mayor Jordan. Other activities will include coloring stations, facepainting, great food, and balloon animals.

The VIP ticket price of $125 provides the equivalent of a five-year sponsorship for a child in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. VIP ticker holders will receive an amazing goody bag with donations from several local companies, as well as have their name displayed at the Masons store.

General admission is $25, and kids under 12 get in FREE!
